• "Vendor" refers to businesses or individuals who list products or services on the KT COURIERS platform.
• "Delivery Personnel" refers to individuals or entities responsible for fulfilling delivery requests.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.
4. Service Use
• Permitted Use:
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage or impair the Services or interfere with anyone else's use.
• Prohibited Use:
You may not use the Services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or unauthorized access to our systems.
5. Vendor Listings
• Accuracy:
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in their listings, including pricing, descriptions, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Compliance:
Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their products or services.
6. Delivery Personnel
• Responsibilities:
Delivery Personnel are responsible for picking up and delivering items in accordance with the instructions provided by KT COURIERS and the customer. They must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic and safety laws.
• Compensation:
Delivery Personnel will receive payment for completed deliveries as agreed upon through the KT COURIERS platform.
7. Payments and Fees
• Charges:
Customers agree to pay all charges associated with the Services, including delivery fees, taxes, and any additional fees that may apply.
• Payment Methods:
KT COURIERS accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other methods as may be offered from time to time.
• Refunds:
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of KT COURIERS in cases of non-delivery, incorrect orders, or other valid disputes. All refund requests must be made within 24 hours.
8. Cancellations and Modifications
• Customer Cancellations:
Customers may cancel orders within 5-minutes of placing the order without penalty. Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee.
• Vendor Cancellations:
Vendors must notify KT COURIERS immediately if they are unable to fulfill an order. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor's account.
• Modifications:
Any modifications to orders must be communicated promptly. KT COURIERS will attempt to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
9. Liability
• Limitation of Liability:
KT COURIERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Services.
• Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KT COURIERS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
