KT COURIERS Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 28 August 2024 

At KT COURIERS, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and vendors. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations.

1. Customer Cancellations
•    Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch):
o    Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order has been dispatched for delivery. If an order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued, excluding any processing fees that may apply.
o    To cancel an order, customers must contact KT COURIERS customer support through support@ktcouriers.com, providing their order details.
•    Order Cancellations (After Dispatch):
o    Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, they may refuse delivery, but no refund will be provided.
•    Recurring Orders:
o    For subscription or recurring orders, customers can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

2. Vendor Cancellations
•    Vendor-Initiated Cancellations:
o    Vendors may cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, inability to fulfill the order, or other valid circumstances. Vendors must notify both the customer and KT COURIERS immediately upon deciding to cancel an order.
o    In the event of a vendor-initiated cancellation, the customer will receive a full refund, including any delivery charges.

3. Platform Cancellations
•    Cancellation by KT COURIERS:
o    KT COURIERS reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or any situation where the fulfillment of the order is not possible.
o    If KT COURIERS cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund, including any delivery charges.

4. Refunds
•    Refunds will be processed within 28-business days after the cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
•    Please note that some financial institutions may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Amendments to the Cancellation Policy
•    KT COURIERS reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
